Curriculum
The Insight curriculum integrates many subjects and follows a chronological progression of history from Creation to current events. Philosophies, religions, literature, culture, and ideas that shape humanity are all explored in this framework. Insight covers the following core knowledge areas throughout the program: humanities, worldviews, the Bible, and communications.

Modules
Insight is broken down into four modules, two in the Fall semester and two in the Spring. The first two modules cover the ancient and classical world, including its ideas, developments, and people. Modules 3 and 4 cover the expanding and modern world, beginning with the collapse of the Roman Empire and ending with current global issues. For more information, request an Info Packet from Insight at (626) 398-2297 or insight@uscwm.org.

Credit
Insight can be taken for 32 credits of transferable college credit. Depending on the policies of the college a student transfers to after Insight, credit may be granted for general education courses covered by the Insight curriculum. See Credit on the Admissions page for more information.

Student-Faculty Ratio
The Insight program at the U.S. Center for World Mission in Pasadena, California, offers a student to faculty ratio of 4:1. Students have many opportunities for interaction with missionaries, faculty, and staff on the U.S. Center for World Mission campus.

Field Trips
Field trips are scheduled each semester to integrate experiences of other religions and cultures with what students learn in their studies and discussions. Typical field trips include interactive visits to religious sites (temples, mosques) and ethnic communities.
